Job Title: Scale Solution Sales-Domain Architect

Location : Reston VA (100% onsite role)

Duration : 9-12 months Contract 

 

Skills: Solution and Functional Architect (SAFA) Experience Required: 12- 14 Years

 

Job Summary: The Domain Architect will lead the architecture for Sales and Marketing platforms ensuring scalable secure and high-performing solutions aligned with business strategy. The role involves defining architectural standards designing cloud-native systems and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a fully onsite environment.

 

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering information systems or similar

12+ years of IT experience across architecture requirements design development testing or support. 

4+ years of MSO Telecommunications experience with strong functional and technical expertise in enterprise BSS systems and solution architecture.

Own and Evolve Domain Architecture:

 

Define and evolve end-to-end architecture for Sales and Marketing systems across applications services integrations and platforms

Establish architectural principles standards and reference patterns

Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects for alignment

Apply Deep Functional & System Understanding:

 

Develop strong understanding of functional capabilities workflows and constraints across Sales and Marketing ecosystem

Identify efficient solution designs minimizing customization duplication and complexity

Guide teams on extending existing capabilities versus introducing new platforms

Design for Scale Reliability & Security:

 

Design cloud-native distributed systems for high-volume workflows

Promote API-first and event-driven architectures

Ensure resiliency performance security and operational excellence

Technical Strategy & Roadmapping:

 

Translate business strategies into architectural direction and technology roadmaps

Evaluate technologies through proof-of-concept and design exploration

Balance innovation simplicity cost and long-term maintainability

Influence Collaboration & Mentorship:

 

Act as trusted advisor to product managers engineering leaders and business stakeholders

Collaborate with peer architects for decision-making

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Design and evolve large-scale distributed systems in enterprise environments

Provide architectural clarity and reduce ambiguity across teams

Maximize reuse of existing capabilities

Align technical solutions with business needs

Communicate complex designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture microservices APIs and event-driven systems

Experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions

Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs

Excellent communication skills.
