What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with Buildsafe policies, procedures, and legislative requirements;

Conduct pre-site inspections, review scaffold CAD’s, and communicate detailed project specifications to clients and internal technical design and estimating teams;

Overseeing quality installation of scaffold and height safety systems;

Conducting site audits with a high attention to detail and attending site meetings as required;

Ensuring all training, competencies, and tickets are current and maintained;

Monitoring job performance, invoicing accuracy, and branch profitability;

Ensuring all reporting, documentation, and operational compliance requirements are met; and

Acting as a professional Buildsafe representative with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

About You

The “Must Haves”:

Proven leadership experience within scaffolding, construction, or height safety;

Scaffolding qualifications and relevant high-risk work tickets;

Ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable;

Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills;

Experience managing operational performance, compliance, and documentation; and

A valid driver’s licence.

The “Nice to Haves”:

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of job profitability; and

Experience working with digital reporting systems and operational software.
