Job Description

Objetivo del Puesto:

El Franchise Manager lidera el ciclo completo de la franquicia en el Cono Sur, impulsando el crecimiento estratégico, coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y asegurando la alineación regional con los objetivos globales de la compañía.

Responsabilidades Principales

Gestión Estratégica

•
Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas y marketing alineados con objetivos globales.

•
Gestionar el ciclo de vida del producto y liderar lanzamientos.

•
Identificar oportunidades de negocio y maximizar el rendimiento en los países del cluster.

Fuerza de Ventas

•
Motivar equipos comerciales en cada país.

•
Desarrollar capacidades de managers y equipos para futuros lanzamientos.

•
Implementar uso de IA y canales digitales en las operaciones comerciales.

Gestión de Equipos

•
Coordinar equipos multifuncionales: ventas, marketing, médico, acceso, regulatorio y comercial.

•
Monitorear desempeño y brindar coaching.

•
Fomentar la cultura corporativa y alineación global.

Resultados Financieros

•
Administrar el presupuesto de la franquicia y asegurar el cumplimiento financiero.

•
Garantizar precisión en pronósticos y participar en reuniones de estimaciones de ventas.

•
Presentar reportes de desempeño a la dirección.

Desarrollo del Mercado

•
Analizar mercado, competencia y tendencias de la industria.

•
Gestionar relaciones con distribuidores, clientes clave y sociedades médicas.

Compliance y SHE

•
Asegurar cumplimiento regulatorio y ético en todas las actividades.

•
Garantizar la implementación de programas SHE y “Drive Success”.

Requisitos:

•
Título universitario en Comercial, Negocios o Marketing.

•
Experiencia liderando grandes equipos.

•
Conocimientos en desarrollo y comercialización de productos farmacéuticos.

•
Entendimiento del entorno Cardiometabólico y/o Respiratorio.

•
Inglés avanzado.
