In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Summary Design and set up CLM so it reflects the client’s policy and process. You’ll translate business needs into templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approvals, then support testing, training, and rollout. Ideal for legal‑tech implementers, contract managers, paralegals, legal ops or procurement specialists. Key responsibilities • Understand the current contracting journey and design a simpler future state. • Configure templates, metadata, approvals, and clause libraries to match policy. • Prepare data for migration and help validate it with the client. • Support testing and training; capture feedback and refine the set‑up. • Create clear documentation and handover guides; promote re‑use across clients. • Work with engineers to connect CLM to e‑signature, DMS and other tools. Experience & skills • 3–6 years in contracting, legal ops, procurement, or CLM delivery. • Experience with one or more platforms (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft, Sirion, DocuSign CLM). • Strong writing and process‑mapping skills; comfortable with change in legal teams. • Confident working with stakeholders and explaining decisions clearly.
