Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAS applications and related software.
• Monitor the performance and availability of SAS systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application defects and issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrade of SAS applications as required.
• Document support procedures, issue resolutions, and best practices for SAS applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide timely support.
• Participate in testing and validation of SAS application updates and patches.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in SAS application/platform support
• 1+ year experience in banking or financial services
• Strong troubleshooting (SAS, OS, network, database)
• Experience with incidents, RCA, and change management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management principles is a plus.
