Location: Springfield, IL

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Job description:-

· 7-10+ years of experience as Test Coordinator for large SAP projects; ERP experience desired. (preferred Public sector/SAP-FI experience)

· Extensive MS-Project experience

· Extensive MS-Office experience

· Extensive MS-SharePoint experience

· IT Program/Project Management

· Project Management Processes and Tools

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented with Work stream coordination skills on large projects

· Provide project management support to Project Coordinator and PMO by overseeing the successful execution and completion of multiple PMO work streams:

· Manage work stream schedule, scope, quality, issues and risks to achieve overall project objectives.

· Provide visibility on day-to-day Work stream activities

· Track progress and coordinate on time development of Work stream deliverables as per the project plan

· Escalate potential project risks, issues and project delays as required.

· Ensure project documents and artifacts are complete, current, and are stored appropriately

· PMP, desired not required

· Bachelor’s degree required
