We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in SAP WM/LES to lead the transition of distribution operations from a legacy warehouse management system to a standardized Global 3PL

Remote position, with occasional onsite presence depending on project milestones.
Mandatory language: English B2+ (written and spoken).

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from SAP WM/LES to a standardized 3PL logistics template

• Manage logistics interfaces, warehouse processes, cutover planning and testing cycles

• Oversee 3PL integrations and ensure alignment with global logistics standards

• Coordinate communication across business, IT and external logistics partners

• Lead distributed global teams across time zones

• Ensure governance, project tracking and documentation discipline

• Challenge vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality and timelines

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years managing complex IT projects, including logistics integrations

• Strong experience with SAP WM/LES, warehouse logistics and delivery management

• Proven experience in 3PL rollout integrations

• PMP certification

• English B2+ (mandatory); German is a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Ability to lead global teams effectively

• Resilience during testing, cutover and go‑live phases

• Organized, proactive and results‑oriented work style
