Introduction

At Accenture, we are seeking an accomplished SAP Utilities specialist to strengthen our Utilities practice. We’re looking for a recognized expert with a strong background in the utilities and retail sectors and a proven history of shaping strategic solutions, leading complex programs, and partnering with C‑Suite stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings deep proficiency across IS‑U modules—including Device Management, Billing, FICA, and Customer Service—in both regulated and deregulated markets. Experience driving S/4HANA transformation initiatives and contributing to digital innovation programs for major energy and utility organizations is essential.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can provide strategic advisory services, design enterprise‑scale architecture, and guide clients through impactful business and technology transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Advise C‑Suite stakeholders on SAP Utilities Retail strategy and transformation.

Lead RFP solutioning, estimations, and business development activities.

Design end‑to‑end SAP IS‑U/S/4HANA architectures for Utilities Retail.

Oversee delivery of SAP programs, ensuring quality, scope, and client satisfaction.

Drive thought leadership, mentor teams, and represent Accenture in industry forums.

Necessary Knowledge / Skills

Extensive experience in the Utilities and Retail sector with deep SAP IS‑U expertise.

Strong command of Device Management, Billing, FICA, CS, and related processes.

Proven leadership in large‑scale SAP/S/4HANA transformation programs.

Experience in advisory roles, RFP leadership, and solution architecture.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
