Responsibilities:
• Define TM module strategy and guardrails; decide scope, fit/gap, and standard vs.extension in a clean-core mindset;
• Lead fit-to-standard implementations and rollouts; oversee release and test management, data migration, training, and hypercare;
• Govern integrations with SD/MM, finance, carriers, and 3PLs (API-first; CPI/EDI); reduce point-to-point interfaces;
• Ensure stable cloud operations (incident/problem/change); track readiness KPIs and quality gates;
• Facilitate process harmonization across business units (planning, execution, freight order, carrier selection, charge management, settlement);
• Mentor internal and external SAP consultants, providing clear technical direction, and coordinate closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations;
• Accountable for all technical solutions and systems in the inbound transport, export,and customs domain.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years in SAP consulting with substantial S/4HANA experience; deep expertise in SAP TM and strong end‑to‑end logistics process knowledge;
• Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP TM and a strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, particularly inbound and customs clearance;
• Proven leadership of multiple SAP implementations/rollouts as design authority/template owner;
• Experience with BTP integration scenarios (CPI/EDI);
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management; business‑fluent English
