Job Description

The key activities that this individual will oversee include:

• Optimize server and storage architecture for system availability, integration, reliability, and performance

• Promote and implement best practices for SAP system high-availability, and disaster recovery

• Support the SAP Operations team in incident and problem management, and help ensure effective root cause analyses

• Make recommendations for performance tuning and space management

• Collaborate with other IT teams and suppliers to ensure that proposed and existing solutions plans are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
