Job Overview: We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. Currently, we are looking for SAP Support Senior Consultant - Logistics (PP/QM/PM) to join our team.

Position: SAP Support Senior Consultant - Logistics (PP/QM/PM)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Module: Production Planning/ Quality Management/ Plant Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.

• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for SD processes.

• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SD based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.

• Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner
