SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant (m/f/d)

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

• You configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions – from Time Tracking to Time Sheet to Time Off – and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Together with our customers, you analyze business requirements and translate them directly into practical system solutions.
• You develop guidelines and recommendations for best practices in time management processes and system configurations.
• As part of Application Management Support, you are also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules.
• Through system demos, proposal preparation, and customer presentations, you help win new projects.
• You stay up to date on the latest developments, trends, and best practices around SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and contribute fresh ideas.

• You have at least 3 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 1 year of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• You have a deep understanding of time management processes and best practices.
• You have hands-on experience configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules, including Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• You interact confidently with customers and stakeholders, building trust and mutual understanding.
• An SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification is desirable.
