• Leitung und Koordination von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementierungsprojekten, einschließlich Anforderungserfassung, Lösungsdesign, Konfiguration, Tests, Schulung und Bereitstellung.
• Beratung der Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer HR-Prozesse und der bestmöglichen Nutzung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Konfiguration und Anpassung von Employee Central gemäß den spezifischen Anforderungen der Kunden und Sicherstellung der nahtlosen Integration von Employee Central mit anderen SAP SuccessFactors Modulen und Unternehmenssystemen.
• Fehlerbehebung und Problemlösung im Zusammenhang mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central als Teil des Application Management Supports.
• Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen für Kunden und Projektbeteiligte.
• Ausbildung und Mentoring von Projektteammitgliedern durch fachliche Anleitung, Unterstützung und Wissenstransfer.
• Mitwirkung bei Pre-Sales Aktivitäten, einschließlich System-Demos, Angebotserstellung und Kundenpräsentationen.

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Modul Employee Central.
• Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen, -Strategien und Best Practices.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Lösungen umzusetzen.
• Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und persönliche Kompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, erfolgreich mit Kunden und Stakeholdern zu interagieren
• Mindestens SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate-Zertifizierung, professionelle Zertifizierung wünschenswert.
