Job Description

Join Zone IT Solutions as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant and take the lead in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our diverse clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic environment while working with a team of dedicated professionals.

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Cloud technology.
• Thorough knowledge of at least three SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, and Compensation.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
