Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.
Functional Lead of the following SAP Service Management Module:
Service Management(CS), including Service Notifications, Service Orders, account assignment, credit/debit memo processing.
Strong knowledge of Sales functions including SAP SD; working knowledge of FI/CO, MM, PP, and their integration with CS/SM processes.
Experience of Service notification process Integration with DMS, Sales orders/Production Order/Inspections and Confirmations.
Experience in Equipment Master, Warranty master and serialization of Material Master data.
Well versed with SAP configuration of Service Management and understanding of standard best practices Experience in requirements gathering, Business blueprint workshops and scope definition together with various business stakeholders.
Strong leadership and communication skills
