Job title: SAP S/4 HANA OTC Lead

Purpose of Role

The OTC (Order to Cash) Lead role focuses on design and implementation of best in class sales and distribution

processes and reporting. This includes business process design, demand prioritization, business relationships

across all tiers of the organization, technology standardization and compliance. The OTC lead is expected to have

significant experience in implementing large-scale, complex sales processes, preferably SAP S/4 HANA across

multiple projects. This role must partner effectively with multiple parties including Finance (RTR), Procurement

(P2P), Development (ABAP), Integration/Middleware and Basis architects, Business process owners and service

providers.

Person Specification

 Experience across multiple industries and has the versatility to discuss and advise the UMG business

community on the process and business-oriented aspects

 Hands-on configuring SAP-based prototypes, proof of concepts and solutions, while at the same time

distributing, assigning, and supervising other consultants’ work as needed

 12 plus years of experience designing and implementing SAP ECC & S4 HANA solutions, with emphasis on

advising business users on which SAP features to use to fulfil their requirements, rather than “order-taking”

on what and how to configure the system

 At least 4 full-cycle implementation projects, with at least 2 of them on S/4 HANA

 Industry experience across several industries, including Media, Entertainment & Manufacturing

 Ability to organize and manage the activities of teams, both for project work and for the development of

internal team competencies.

 University degree in Business, Engineering, Systems or Finance

 Willing to travel to the US/Los Angeles as an when required

Skills Specification

Detailed functional understanding and expert-level hands-on configuration in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA in the

following areas.

 Business Partners for Customers

 Sales Orders, Contracts, Deliveries, Returns, Billing document types

 Advanced Available to Promise (AATP)

 Pricing

 Intercompany and Intracompany Operations

 Tax integration (preferably with experience on Vertex or similar tax engines)

 Integration with PTP & RTR

 Integration with non-SAP Master Data, Order Management systems, Vendors and Warehouses

 Outputs & Idoc

 Sales reporting and embedded analytics using Fiori
