SAP SD- Manager

We are lookout for a seasoned SAP SD Manager to lead our SAP Sales and Distribution team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the deployment and management of SAP SD solutions, ensuring optimal execution of sales and distribution processes across our client environments. Your leadership will guide your team to deliver high-quality SAP services to clients while fostering innovation and best practices.

As the SAP SD Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and client engagement. You will serve as the primary point of contact for SAP SD initiatives and work collaboratively with clients to align SAP capabilities with their business objectives.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP SD team, overseeing project execution from planning through to successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to map their business processes, identify functional requirements, and provide effective SAP SD solutions.
• Conduct complex configurations of SAP SD, including pricing, sales order management, and logistics execution.
• Ensure team adherence to project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards throughout the engagement.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP SD processes, leveraging best practices and innovation.
• Act as a mentor and coach to team members, promoting their professional development and enhancing their knowledge of SAP SD functionalities.
• Engage with cross-functional teams for seamless integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM and FI.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9-15 years of experience in SAP SD with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing SAP SD solutions, with deep knowledge of order-to-cash processes.
• Strong understanding of integrations with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, etc.) and business process optimization.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving project success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
