In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation, customization, and support of the SAP SD module, optimizing our clients' sales and distribution operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that business processes align with SAP solutions.
You'll work closely with clients to identify their challenges, configure SAP SD functionalities accordingly, and provide ongoing support and training. Your role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technology and business needs, driving improved efficiency and satisfaction in sales operations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure the SAP SD module to meet client-specific sales and distribution needs.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to develop effective functional specifications.
• Configure key processes such as sales order management, pricing, delivery, and invoicing within SAP SD.
• Conduct functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing, ensuring system efficacy and user satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate the effective use of SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other functional areas (e.g., MM, FI) to ensure integrated solutions and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Business.
• 4- 15 years of SAP SD consulting experience, including implementation and support.
• Thorough understanding of sales and distribution processes and best practices.
• Proficient in configuring sales order types, pricing, and delivery processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
