We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our consultancy company based in Bukit Jalil, Malaysia. This role will focus on delivering SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, particularly for clients in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SD processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to enhance their sales and distribution operations.

• Implement, configure, and support the SAP SD module for clients in the F&B industry, ensuring solutions are tailored to their unique business needs.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective SAP SD solutions.
• Manage sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping functionalities within SAP SD.
• Optimize the order-to-cash process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in the F&B sector.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP SD module, providing technical support as needed.
• Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate smooth user adoption of SAP solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, WM, FI).
• Participate in system testing, go-live, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices specific to the F&B industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with expertise in configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes, including sales order management, pricing, and billing.
• Experience working with clients in the Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP SD module.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility in meeting client needs.
