SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant

We are looking to build a SAP S/4HANA team that will support our client as a true extension of their internal SAP organization.

This is not a junior AMS model. The client expects strong L2/L3 functional consultants who can work independently, own and resolve tickets end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, and manage configuration and integration topics across modules.

The team will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, supporting business-critical processes in an S/4HANA environment. Consultants are expected to demonstrate multi-module awareness and strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific)

• Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (implementation and/or support)

• Strong configuration skills within respective modules

• Experience handling L2/L3 support independently

• Solid understanding of cross-module integrations

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions

• Experience working in global or complex enterprise environments

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with business stakeholders

• Advanced English (required)

Nice to have:

• Experience in multi-country rollouts

• Experience in hybrid AMS + project environments

• Exposure to automation and process optimization initiatives
