We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Application Support professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of SAP S/4HANA applications, playing a critical role in supporting business processes and driving system efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and strong troubleshooting aptitude. You should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver timely solutions and improvements.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for SAP S/4HANA applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA modules based on user requests and incidents.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support application upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
• Participate in testing and validation of application changes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide timely support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA applications.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a live production environment
• Practical knowledge of the following SAP modules:
• MM – Materials Management
• FI – Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR)
• FI-AA – Fixed Assets
• BASIS – Foundational system administration and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Familiarity with the SAP Transport Management System (TMS)
• Experience in user administration, including authorization and role management
• Experience in the Egyptian banking sector is preferred
