⭐ Join us as a SAP Product Owner to own and manage our core financial system S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP PaPM Accounting Rule Engine (ARE). You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our financial stack as we scale our operations across Europe.

Working closely with Marie Brandicourt in the Finance Transformation team, you will be at the heart of ensuring robust financial data management and system integration.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a SAP Product Owner at Qonto, you will:

- Own the design, configuration, and maintenance of S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP PaPM Accounting Rule Engine (ARE), ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance
- Implement accounting rules in SAP ARE to handle millions of transactions from Qonto’s Core Banking System, based on business requirements
- Collaborate with Accounting, Product Managers, and Backend Engineers to integrate new features and ensure proper accounting treatment
- Lead strategic projects related to SAP implementation and upgrades
- Lead all support, request processing, problem detection and resolution activities, including incoming and outgoing interfaces
- Work closely with the Corporate Automation technical team (development, parameterization, technical production, etc.) and Finance Transformation Project Managers
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes and configurations and manage IT audit on your scope

- Participation in the SAP implementation project for a successful go-live in January 2026

🏅 About You

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP system administration, preferably in a fintech or banking environment
- SAP Modules: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is required, knowledge of SAP PaPM Accounting Rule Engine (ARE) is a plus
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex system implementations and upgrades
- Business understanding: Knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting processes is a plus
- Communication: Ability to bridge technical and business requirements, working effectively with diverse stakeholders
- English: Fluent English is required; French is a plus

Please note that this position is not offered as fully remote. It requires a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week onsite in our Paris office and 2 days working remotely.
