Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) Lead to join a large-scale, complex S/4HANA transformation program. The role involves leading RTR workstreams across multiple countries within a highly regulated industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the RTR (Record-to-Report) workstream within a global S/4HANA transformation program

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP FI/CO solutions

• Ensure alignment and integration across SAP modules and business functions

• Drive governance, compliance, and best practices in a regulated environment

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

• Oversee delivery using structured methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, SI frameworks)

• Coordinate cross-country teams and ensure consistent solution design and implementation

Requirements:
• 20+ years of experience in Finance and SAP FI/CO

• Proven end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience

• Strong track record in leading RTR workstreams in large, multi-country programs

• Deep understanding of financial processes and system integration

• Experience working in highly regulated industries

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level

• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, and large system integrator delivery models
