Job Description

• To provide shared service procurement support for various teams within the organization.
• Work with various business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Tax and others to support business operations.
• Track, review and process purchase requisitions and invoices.
• Collect and maintain data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools.
• Review purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance.
• Analyze and reconcile mismatch invoice information.
• Validate invoices against contract documents or purchase orders.
• Respond, manage and close out queries from stakeholders and suppliers.

Requirements:
• Effective written and verbal communications skill.
• Independent worker with ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Data analytics using data visualization tools PowerBI Desktop.
• Experience in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies.
