Talent Worx is looking for a skilled SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting high-quality SAP QM solutions that enhance our clients' quality control processes. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure SAP QM modules accordingly, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your knowledge of quality management systems will help you assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement robust quality assurance practices within the SAP framework. You will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet the necessary quality standards throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain the SAP QM module in alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct assessments of quality processes and recommend enhancements to improve product quality.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure effective integration of quality management within the overall SAP environment.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and develop functional documentation.
• Train and support users on the SAP QM functionalities and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP QM-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant with practical implementation and support experience.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
