SAP PS senior consultant

Talent Worx is looking for a skilled SAP PS (Project System) Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and optimization of SAP PS solutions to support our clients' project management processes. Your expertise will help streamline project planning, execution, and monitoring, ultimately driving successful project outcomes.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, design effective project structures, and configure SAP PS modules accordingly. You will also mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met efficiently.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PS modules in alignment with client project management processes.
• Analyze existing project management procedures to identify areas for enhancement and automation using SAP PS functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and design tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to end users to ensure effective use of SAP PS tools and processes.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies during implementation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants within the team.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve issues related to the SAP PS system.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP PS Consultant, with significant experience in a senior role.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and configurations within the SAP PS module.
• Experience with full project lifecycle implementations and enhancements in SAP PS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
