Das sind deine Aufgaben:

Planung und Steuerung von SAP-Projekten
Leitung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Präsentationen
Moderation aller Scrum-Events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospektiven)
Coaching des Entwicklungsteams, des Product Owners und der Organisation in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Scrum-Frameworks und der agilen Prinzipien
Aufdecken und Entfernen von Impediments zur Sicherstellung des Team-Flows
Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Transparenz und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
Unterstützung des Product Owners bei Backlog-Pflege und Priorisierung
Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung von Hard- und Soft-Skills

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP-Projektmanagement und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Scrum und agilen Frameworks
Aktive Scrum Master Zertifizierung (z. B. PSM I/II oder CSM)
Erfahrung mit weiteren Projektmethoden (z. B. Wasserfall, Hybridmodelle)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an Teamarbeit
Hohes Maß an Empathie, Konfliktlösungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Erfahrung im Coaching von Teams und Führungskräften
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
Exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
