We are looking for a functional consultant specializing in SAP P2P (Procure to Pay), to join our team for an exciting global project.  This position is responsible for managing  functional, process testing and rollout activities in the P2P area for various regional deployments within a global project. You will be part of the global team, gaining visibility into the end-to-end process and acquiring process knowledge from design through to global rollout in S4 HANA.

What you will be doing:

• Defining the global, regional, or local test cases, test plans, test data, and other test prerequisites for the Deployment End-to-End Tests (DET) in your P2P workstream.
• Executing the global, regional, and local tests, and documenting them according to the system-specific framework in SAP Solution Manager and the existing PMM and CSV rules.
• Coordinating testing activities with potential external partners (e.g., 3PL), as required.
• Handling defect management within and potentially across streams.
• Ensuring all testing activities are performed according to the project plan/schedule.
• Setting up proper status reporting for test execution to provide visibility of progress to the Test Management team and other stakeholders.
• Cooperating across the RSS Regional Testing Service Hub, where different regions support each other in critical situations to ensure bottlenecks are covered and project timelines are met.
• Collaborating with the commercial team to understand business requirements and processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Participating in the design phase to gain deep insights into the business processes and translating them into testing specifications.
• Engaging in the rollout phase to ensure smooth implementation and transition, gaining comprehensive process knowledge from the initial design to final deployment.
• Working within S4 HANA to leverage advanced features and capabilities for efficient testing and implementation.
• Gaining comprehensive visibility into the end-to-end process, with opportunities for professional development in new areas and hands-on experience with the latest features.

• SAP System end user experience (R3/S4 HANA).
• 3-5 years related business experience skills in the P2P area.
• Ability to analyze, design, describe & test the solutions from an E2E business process understanding.
• Vast knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (ERP and decentralized systems) and the respective applications.
• Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the P2P functional area.
• Strong Stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• SAP Solution Manager testing tool experience is an advantage.
