Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP and QM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and design effective SAP solutions that enhance production and quality processes.
• Optimize existing SAP PP/QM configurations to improve functionality and drive better alignment with business processes.
• Mentor and guide team members in SAP best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development.
• Conduct training sessions for users on SAP PP and QM functionalities, fostering adoption and effective usage.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM and SD) to ensure seamless integration of processes.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successful SAP PP/QM implementations and optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning processes and quality management methodologies.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a significant plus.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
