On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for an SAP Technical Consultant for a contract opportunity in Peachtree City, GA.

SAP PP MM Technofunctional Consultant Job Details

Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial set-up of the project to the final delivery of the resulting SAP Procure To Pay Solution Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement. Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle. Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions associated with pricing, sales, transportation, and other customer-focused transactions, Facilitate blueprinting and design sessions and create functional requirements. Configure SAP MM Procurement systems to meet client business requirements, including connection points with FI, EWM, Forecast and Replenishment and other modules and implementation of SAP best practices. Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.

SAP PP MM Technofunctional Consultant Mandatory Skills

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 5 to 7 years of SAP Techno-Functional experience in SAP PP. 
• Extensive experience in the SAP PP and experience in QM/ MM modules. 
• Knowledge of and ability to debug ABAP is a major plus. (Techno-Functional). 
• Extensive experience in the end to end supply chain and manufacturing process; including (but not limited to) Production Planning, Forecasting, Purchase to Pay, and Quality Management. Understanding of cross-process integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP PP is a huge plus. 
• Experience in production order automation and related master data management. 
• Working knowledge of the functionality of all of the other core SAP modules (FI, CO, SD) and integration points. 
• Working knowledge of the ABAP Workbench. 
• Ability to take user requirements, design appropriate solutions, and carry them through implementation including integration testing and end user training.
• Strong experience in Production Planning (PP) module in SAP. 
• Should understand how PP interfaces with other modules such as SD, FICO, and MM.
• Experienced with Master Data, MRP, Production Order Creation, Capacity Requirements Planning, and Production Execution.
• Has understanding of latest functionalities and features in SAP ECC 6.0. 
• Ability to read, debug, and understand ABAP custom code.
