Job Description

• Gather and document requirements for Payroll and Time Management by working with subject matter experts
• Lead JDA sessions for Payroll and Time & Attendance
• Develop process maps for Payroll and Time Management processes
• Develop Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts for Payroll as well as Time & Attendance
• Manage UAT testing and parallel testing by working with SMEs as well as external payroll provider
• Assist in development of payroll and time training material

• Must possess 5 -7 years payroll and time implementation experience in an ERP system (SAP or PeopleSoft) or 3rd party providers (i.e. Ceridian or ADP)
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills to analyze user needs and architect complete end-to-end solutions
• Experience with HR data migration and interfaces
