We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP MM Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the implementation and optimization of SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality SAP solutions that enhance procurement processes and inventory management.

As the SAP MM Manager, you will play a key role in strategy development, project planning, and execution, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP MM projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of SAP MM consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and outline implementation strategies.
• Analyze existing materials management processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing system capabilities.
• Ensure the integration of SAP MM with other relevant modules (e.g., SD, WM) to create cohesive and efficient workflows.
• Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in SAP MM, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP MM implementations and optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and related best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
