SAP MM Consultant/ Senior consultant

Talent Worx is seeking a skilled SAP MM (Materials Management) Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP MM solutions that streamline procurement and inventory management processes for our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing supply chain efficiency and overall operational performance.

As a Senior Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their material management needs, design robust solutions, and lead the successful execution of SAP MM projects. You will also mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP MM modules based on client requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze existing procurement and inventory management processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, develop functional specifications, and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and ensure thorough documentation of processes and configurations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of SAP MM-related issues during and post-implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP MM with other relevant SAP modules, such as SD and WM.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with significant experience in a senior position.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, and material valuation.
• Proven experience in leading SAP MM implementations and optimizing related business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and project teams.
