SAP MM- Associate Director

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Associate Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP MM solutions to enhance supply chain and procurement processes for our clients. You will act as a strategic advisor and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met effectively through SAP technology.

Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding a team of consultants, managing project scope, and ensuring that SAP MM projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your SAP expertise while driving meaningful change for our clients.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP MM solutions across various client projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful project completion.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other modules such as SD, PP, and WM.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in materials management.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 14-20 years of experience in SAP MM, with a proven track record of managing complex SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, materials management, and procurement best practices.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
