What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Location: Europe, Asia (preferably Barcelona, Bangalore)

Contract period: 6 months (extendable)

Working hours: 39.5 hours/week

In this role, you will work closely with Global Corporate Leadership to execute strategic programs, create and orchestrate content and work on analysing and reporting business performance data aligned to our strategy.

Responsibilities & Objectives:

Support execution of projects to help advance organizational strategic goals and objectives, by preparing analysis and presentations for key meetings and conducting the necessary follow-up actions
Support governance of projects through ongoing oversight of project performance, communicating progress and risks, taking early action to resolve problems, and timely escalations
Collaborate with cross organizational stakeholders to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategy formulation and decision making
Contribute to executive communications and presentations, helping translate technical insights into business language
Handle multiple concurrent complex problems and provide creative and effective solutions to achieve business impac

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

Education: MBA or equivalent qualification, and/or experience with management consulting firms is an advantage

Track record of top performance and continuously executing on best-in-class consulting or analytical engagements in consulting is an advatage
Hypothesis and data-driven mindset to make analytical decisions
Ability to take complex topics and synthesize them into clear, concise executive summaries
Experienced in creating storylines and high-quality presentations in PowerPoint with a very keen eye for detail
Strong visual/graphic design skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, as well as the ability to learn new tools quickly is an advantage
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in English are mandatory
Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications
High commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high work quality
Adaptability to challenges, flexibility with changes, and enthusiasm about learning new things
