About the Team:

The GCE&S EMEA Communications Team plans and executes strategic communication activities designed to strengthen employee engagement, shape the identity of SAP’s organizational units, and support their operational, organizational, and cultural transformations.

Our work spans from strategic planning and content creation to digital publishing, event management, and project execution, always aiming to inform, inspire, and connect employees across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do:

As a Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of integrated communications with a focus on employee engagement.

In this role, you will:

Support internal communication projects through text writing, campaign planning, and event coordination.
Contribute creative ideas and content to help engage and inform employees.
Assist with content production and publishing across SAP’s digital platforms.
Collaborate in an international team environment, gaining insights into diverse corporate topics.
Build a strong network with communications professionals and business stakeholders across SAP.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global communications environment while contributing to SAP’s ongoing transformation journey.

What You Bring:

Enrollment: You are currently a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
Language Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
Soft Skills: A creative and curious mindset, strong organizational and teamwork abilities, and attention to detail.
Experience: Prior experience in a corporate environment — particularly in communications, marketing, or event organization — is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially MS Teams and SharePoint.
Design background and/or advanced PowerPoint skills are a plus.
Video editing or multimedia content creation skills are a strong advantage.
Interests: Genuine enthusiasm for digital communications, storytelling, and emerging media trends.
