We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Director to lead our SAP projects and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide SAP solutions for our clients. In this strategic role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of SAP implementation initiatives, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver tangible business value.

Your leadership will guide a team of consultants and technical experts, coordinating with client stakeholders to ensure a smooth SAP deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP frameworks and methodologies, with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise applications.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to align on expectations.
• Direct and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools to maximize the value of their investments.
• Perform risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact throughout the project.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 14- 25years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and solutions, including FICO, SD, MM, and HCM.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies.
