We are looking for a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations while optimizing organizational payroll processes.
Your expertise in payroll processes, coupled with your knowledge of SAP HCM, will enable you to analyze client requirements, design configurations, and provide effective solutions that enhance payroll efficiency. You will also be involved in mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR functions.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM Payroll modules in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze existing payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design payroll solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to validate payroll processes and functionalities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP modules such as Time Management and Personnel Administration.
• Stay updated with local payroll regulations and ensure compliance within SAP Payroll systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, providing guidance and solutions effectively.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll, including project implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in configuring and optimizing SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
