InfyStrat is seeking a knowledgeable SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, implementation, and support of SAP HCM solutions to streamline human resource processes within our organization. Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules in accordance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functionalities.
• Support end-to-end implementation of HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Conduct testing and validation of HCM configurations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM best practices and functionalities.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM trends, enhancements, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop reusable solutions for HR functions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, and Time Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• SAP HCM certification is preferred.
