• Project Role : SAP HCM Consutant
• Project Role Description : Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.
• Work Experience : 0 - 2 years

• Must Have Skills : SAP, HCM, Payroll

Job Requirements :

• Monitoring overall functioning of processes ensuring compliance to the agreed SLA levels
• Assessing customer feedback, evaluating the improvement areas & providing critical inputs
• Achieving goals for productivity and effectiveness as defined in operational plans
• Supporting ongoing improvement in project management
• Conduct RCA on low performing metrics and customer escalations.
• Advising paybacks, deductions and recoveries to payroll processing team within prescribed timeline

Professional Attributes : Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery
Educational Qualification : Should have at least bachelors degree, post-graduation desirable
