Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.


We are looking for a SAP Functional Integration Project Leader. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the successful integration of our IT solutions across various business functions (from tests, to interfaces of best-of-breed applications, and infrastructures) and leading the cutover activities for UNIFY deployments in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead squad IT team (e.g.: availability and skillset) and coordinate Digital stakeholders (incl. contributions from experts within our Digital Technology Center - DTC)


Accountable of the Digital / IT deliverables (incl. solution: applications integration, configurations, System Integration Tests - SIT, EDI, infrastructure) in alignment with program methodology


Participate to squad & wave governance meetings, mitigate Digital risks, follow Digital teams’ actuals efforts, escalate to Digital management as needed


Secure IT Go-live operations, Digital hypercare and transition to Run mode


Drives IT issues resolution and work with all stakeholders on progress, solutions, communication (KPIs)

Qualifications:

Above all, you are an entrepreneur, passionate about digital projects and teams. Your personality and potential are important to us above all: socially responsible, a sense of commitment, organized and a collaborative mindset. Very good relationships skills.

To succeed in this role, you need also a robust experience articulated across 3 pillars:

15+ years’ experience in Digital projects & cutover activities
SAP deployment methodologies and functional integration
Functional management and leadership


Education: Master Engineering/Management School Degree

Primary skills or job related experience:

Proven experience in SAP implementation and integration, with a focus on functional modules such as finance, supply chain, as well as interfaces
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading ERP cutover activities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively, with keen attention to detail.
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
Seasoned communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Proficiency in SAP systems is critical, incl SAP S/4 HANA.
English language proficiency
