SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead - 9 Months Contract

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead for a 9-month contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Work across both functional and technical teams to analyze, design, and enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.
• Provide guidance and support during various project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure adoption of implemented solutions.

Requirements:
Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations.
• Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industries.
• Proven experience in both functional and technical roles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
