Talent Worx is looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a critical role in leading the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO solutions for our esteemed clients. Your expertise in financial accounting and controlling will be key to enhancing financial processes, improving reporting accuracy, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure the successful integration of SAP FICO within their operations. Your ability to articulate complex concepts and provide insightful analysis will be essential in guiding clients toward achieving their financial goals.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO, ensuring alignment with clients' financial processes.
• Analyze client requirements and provide solutions to optimize financial operations within the SAP environment.
• Create functional specifications and conduct configuration in the SAP FICO module.
• Perform testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet business needs.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support to maximize the effectiveness of SAP FICO.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance integration with other SAP modules.
• Serve as a key advisor to clients on best practices in financial accounting and controlling.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on implementation and consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, AP, AR, and CO.
• Experience in project management and leading teams through successful SAP implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
