Job Description

We are hiring for a seasoned SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Manager to lead our consulting team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing SAP FICO projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of financial processes for our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives, oversee project teams, and guide best practices in SAP FICO deployment.

Your leadership will drive the effective execution of financial operations, compliance, and reporting. As a mentor, you will help develop the skills of junior consultants while fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and excellence.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Oversee the configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules to improve financial reporting and performance.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP FICO functionalities with business processes and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Propose enhancements and optimizations to existing systems based on evolving business needs and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a proven track record of managing SAP projects and leading teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Strong experience with SAP system integrations, particularly with other modules like MM and SD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
• Ability to analyze complex financial processes and devise strategic solutions.
• SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
