Talent Worx is on the lookout for a knowledgeable SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting financial solutions within the SAP FICO module (Financial Accounting and Controlling). Your expertise in financial processes will enable clients to enhance their operational efficiency and gain deeper insights into their financial performance.

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements, configure the SAP FICO module accordingly, and provide training and support as needed. You will also liaise with other functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
• Configure the SAP FICO module to meet the unique financial needs of each client.
• Participate in system testing and identify issues, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the SAP FICO system.
• Collaborate with other functional consultants to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and updates to continually enhance the team’s expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with SAP modules, particularly in the areas of financial accounting and controlling.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
