In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise in the SAP FICO module to deliver solutions that enhance financial management and compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders from finance and accounting departments to ensure that the implemented solutions align with their operational needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring the SAP FICO system, and providing training and support to users. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing the financial functionalities of SAP within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP FICO solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of finance processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with clients to gather business requirements and assist in documenting functional specifications.
• Facilitate system testing, including user acceptance testing, to ensure system efficacy.
• Deliver comprehensive training to users to maximize their understanding of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for all SAP FICO-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, focusing on both implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Accounting.
• Proven experience with SAP module integration, particularly with MM and SD.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to formulate practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
