Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Associate Director to lead our financial systems initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support, ensuring that financial processes align with business goals. Your expertise in SAP FICO will drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all financial operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-user practices, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices within the SAP environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring successful rollout of financial modules and integration with existing systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions, enhancing financial reporting and controlling processes.
• Provide guidance and support for functional design, system configuration, and testing of SAP FICO solutions.
• Work collaboratively with finance and accounting teams to optimize the SAP FICO system and improve financial processes.
• Maintain documentation related to processes and system configurations and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring a thorough understanding of SAP FICO functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, especially within an SAP context.
• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP FICO projects, with a focus on user training and system support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with finance teams and stakeholders.
• SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
