The SAP Executive will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing SAP applications to meet business requirements. The role involves close coordination with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth SAP operations, enhancements, and system compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage day‑to‑day SAP operations across assigned modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM, HCM, or S/4HANA).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP modules, perform system testing, and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, system issues, and user queries.
• Coordinate with SAP technical teams for developments, integrations, and enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Support SAP upgrades, rollouts, patches, and integration with third‑party systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls.
• Train end users and provide post‑implementation support.
• Monitor system performance and suggest process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
• 6–9 years of hands‑on experience working with SAP in a functional or techno‑functional role.
• Strong experience in at least one SAP module; cross‑module exposure is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to implementation, rollout, or support projects.
