We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of advanced warehouse management solutions using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). This role is suited for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP EWM implementations, strong functional expertise, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The position requires deep knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and SAP system integration to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare detailed requirement specifications based on business needs and warehouse operations
• Configure and implement SAP EWM solutions including warehouse structures, process strategies, and system workflows
• Support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes including wave management, physical inventory, and posting changes
• Manage master data creation such as product masters, packaging specifications, and storage bins
• Develop functional specifications and support development of custom solutions and RICEF objects
• Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM systems
• Provide day-to-day functional support for EWM modules and resolve system issues in production environments
• Work closely with business users to conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements
• Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Create documentation including training materials, functional specifications, and system design documents
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance solution scalability, efficiency, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ABAP, logistics, finance, sales, and production planning specialists
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth implementation and support activities

• Minimum 10+ years of experience working with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Proven experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations
• Strong expertise in configuring warehouse processes, process strategies, and system automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse management processes
• Solid understanding of integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM systems
• Experience working with related SAP modules such as Logistics Execution and Sales and Distribution
• Ability to design and support interfaces, reports, enhancements, and other system development objects
• Experience in creating test strategies, test scripts, and managing system testing cycles
• Strong understanding of warehouse master data structures and configuration processes
• Ability to support production systems and manage issue resolution and system enhancements
• Strong collaboration skills when working with cross-functional technical and business teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in global working environments
• Ability to guide teams, support implementation initiatives, and deliver solutions aligned with business value
