We are in the middle of a comprehensive modernization of our SAP ERP system landscape and will be shaping the transformation of our existing ERP system into a future-ready, integrated SAP environment over the coming years. Our goal: digital excellence, efficient processes, and a technological platform that supports sustainable growth.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Architect (m/f/d) who will strategically define, significantly influence, and actively support this SAP ERP transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop the target architecture for the SAP ERP transformation (e.g., S/4HANA) in alignment with the company's strategy together with Domain Architect.
• Analyze the current system landscape and identify transformation paths, dependencies, and optimization potentials
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, project teams, and external partners
• Create roadmaps, decision papers, and impact analyses
• Provide technical evaluation and selection of suitable integration and extension technologies
• Support implementation projects as a sparring partner, quality assurer, and strategic guide
• Ensure consistency of the overall architecture
• Monitor technological trends and derive strategically relevant innovation impulses

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an IT/Enterprise Architect, ideally with a strong focus on SAP
• In-depth understanding of SAP modules, cloud technologies, integration architectures, and modern ERP platforms
• Proven experience in transformation projects, preferably in complex enterprise environments
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Ideally certifications such as TOGAF, SAP architecture certifications, or equivalent credentials
